Description

I have an antique mystery item that I acquired with my mother at a yard sale. It's all metal, has a handle on top and a small hole in the bottom, theres a loop that's metal at the top below the handle with a metal rod that pulls out and looks like there was something on the end to fit in the hole at the bottom.
