Description

This belonged to my mother.

It needs polishing, but I am unable to find out what type of metal it is, and who the manufacturer is.  The tradestamp on the bottom is unlocatable to me on other websites.

It is non-ferrous and heavy.

Any information that you can provide would be appreciated.
