Marked Cartier on front; Chopard on back watch.

Appraisal complete
Description

Jeweler opened it, told my husband it's Japanese movement, so definitely not a Cartier even tho it is marked as such.  Then I noticed Chopard etched on the back of the watch.  So now I'm really confused...lol.  This watch wears like a cuff bracelet in that the sides are bent in place.  It is missing one clear stone.  I do not know what the stones are.  It is in very good condition and at least part of it is made in sterling silver.  Not being a watch expert, I don't know if the entire watch is sterling.  I had a new battery put in, and the watch works.
