The dining table expands to fit three included leaves and pads to cover the full table. Includes four matching side chairs and two arm chairs. The wood has cracked on three of the four side chairs and on one of the arm chairs. We do not know how to fix furniture so we are selling this set as is. We know this set is solid wood but we do not know what kind of wood, two of the three leaves are still in their original boxes (postage label pictured), made by Century Furniture (high-end manufacturers) and sold by Decor 8 Interiors in southern California in the 1960s, and the table has a couple heat blemishes (again, someone who knows how to treat wood would be able to remove these instantly). At its smallest, this table is 52" long, 38" wide, and 29.5" tall, and each of the three leaves are 38" by 12". The two arm chairs are 23.25" at their widest point, 22" deep, and 32.5" tall. The four side chairs are 19.5" at their widest point, 22" deep, and 32.5" tall.
The credenza has three sections with doors. Side doors reveal two shelves each and the center double doors reveal three drawers. The top drawer is separated with vertical dividers. The right half of the top drawer is split into thirds and lined with velvet. The credenza sits on short, square pyramid legs. This is 72" long, 19" deep, and 33" high, made by Century Furniture (high-end manufacturers) and sold by Decor 8 Interiors in southern California, this is made of solid wood and extremely heavy but we do not know what type of wood, and is in excellent condition except that a single brass embellishment on a single leg is loose.
My husband's grandparents purchased the credenza with a matching dining room set (table with three leaves and six chairs) in the 1960s. They passed it down to him in 2010 so it's only been owned by one family.
