Description

I bought what I believe to be an Indian banjara tapestry at a thrift store, of all places, but I was only able to find one picture of something similar on the internet.  The "similar" one was made of pieces of vintage Indian saris and wedding apparel hand-sewn on to a black, gauzy cloth background.  This piece looks to be the same.

It measures 4.5 feet long by 3 feet wide.

Any information on what I believe to be a treasure would be greatly appreciated!
