Art Metal Construction Roll Top Desk

I found a all metal desk that has a tag with Art Metal Consteuction Company Jamestown, NY.  It has been sitting outside for a bit but looks to only have surface rust.  It does seem to have a faux wood finish on the outside. I don't know anything else about the desk.
