Description

Hello, sorry for the poor photos. I do not have photos that show the front of these items. They were taken by a relative going through my grandmothers estate. She recently passed away at the age of 99. She had these bookends for decades but I don't know exactly how old they are or where they came from. At this time I am just trying to determine if they are real jade or not. I will have possession of these in about a month and will take them to someone to value them but wanted to see if anyone could tell from photos if they might be real jade. To be honest they look fake to me and like they are on some sort of cheap base, but I have never had any jade so I really have no clue. Any help would be appreciated.
