I am interested in receiving an appraisal for a potentially authentic antique jade bowl of some kind. The story behind it is as follows: Purchased in Manilla The Philippines between the 1920'-1930's. Owned by a well to do american woman who lived and worked as a columnist to the american trade magazines in Manilla in the 1930's-1940's passed down to me since then. Cannot tell if is real jade though seems to have very similar qualities to the real thing. Appears to be an incense bowl of some sort. Dimensions are 5 1/2 inches in length and 3 1/2 inches in width. Cold to touch and decent weight with it. Photos provided. Please let me know what you think thank you very much.
