This doll is is made of a hallow hard plastic. It has moving arms amd legs. Approximately 12-16 long. Her eyes are green glass with red lashes that open and close.

If this Kewpie is made of hard plastic there should be a makers mark imprinted on the upper back. I don't see any marking in the photo. Gently pull a leg out and tell me if there is a metal hook at the end of the leg and if there is elastic holding the arms and legs in place. The moving eyes are perplexing as well so a close up photo of the face will be helpful.
