Archie Gunn scetch with water color

Appraisal complete
Description

Hello, I bought a small frame at an antique store for the frame. It was only $5.00. When I opened it up, under the magazine clipping was a scetch of a late 1800's or early 1900's woman and it's signed "ARCHIE GUNN". It looks like it was never finished because only the hair and facial features are watercolored. There is slight damage to the face and appears some water damage to the paper on the side. There is a circled C with writing around it, Hergman S, very light towards the bottom. On the back is hand written in pencil 4/5. She has a very beautiful face and expression. Size is 6" wide x 8" tall.  It appears to be original, but I'm not sure. Thank you for taking the time and looking at it!!
