Description

I bought this more then 30+ years ago at an estate sale, had it tested to make sure it's gold 25 years ago. It's very unique in color and how the rope is spun together. For years I have tried to find info on it, or another like it and can't find anything about it. If you know this necklace style name or any info I would be so grateful. Thank you

Distinguishing marks On the bottom side of male part of clasp it's stamps ITALY on the female part of clasp there is a triangle like shape with 750 in it, then above this is another number stamped 523?? I cannot make out the last two numbers

History A friend of my grandmother passed away at 98 and her family had an estate sale of all her belongings more then 30+ years ago. She had a very large collection of jewelry they were selling, I bought this piece because I had never seen a chain rope necklace like it.
