Description

Metal and plastic beaded mesh purse. I was told that it's a French antique! Maybe from the 1920s. I've had it since 2002. The purse is quite heavy due to the metal

Medium I'm not sure but definitely a type of metal and maybe plastics beads?

Distinguishing marks None I know of or can see

Condition Excellent

Size and dimensions of this item Top 13.5 cm bottom 13 cm (width)
Length is 19cm without the bottom tassel beads and 25 cm with the beads at the longest point.

Date Period 1920? I could be wrong

Weight 258g

History I'm not sure maybe French.

Price I don't know how much it's worth

Are the beads plastic or glass? They should be glass if the piece predates the 1930's.
