Description

I inherited a neat figurine of a victorian looking man and woman.  I am not sure who the maker is I was thinking Miacin?  It is approximatly 5" T and 5" at the widest point.  There is a manufacturer mark on the bottom.  I would like to know the manufacture and value. Thank you
