We received this from an elderly lady whose home my husband was doing some work on a few years ago. She had a huge house with some really old antique furniture. She heard that we had lost everything we owned (with no insurance) in the Oklahoma wild fire a few months before. She knew my husband thought this was beautiful. She gave it to him (she had an overabundance of furniture) but said that she really didn't know alot about it. It was one of her husband's favorites & they had it in their livingroom for years, so she said it has some wear & tear a few places.. We put it in storage, & recently got a nice enough place of our own, to which itll fit in.

Re: Armoire (it's a mystery to us)
based on the images it's not an antique, it dates from the third quarter of the 20th century. It looks older because of the styling, No big values, comparable pieces now sell in the $400.00- $600.00 range in antique/decor stores.
