Description

We have a slant top secretary desk with a dark finish that we suspect was purchased new by our family in the 1920s in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  There are no manufacturer marks or labels on the desk.  We are interested in knowing more about its possible origin and value.

Your desk is in the Colonial Revival Style which was popular from the turn of the 19th century through the 1930's. It's a mass produced piece and not considered rare or valuable. We'd retail a comparable in the $450.00- $600.00 range
