Pieces like this are called "White ware" , meaning that it was originally sold undecorated and decorated outside of the factory. Most of these were painted by hobbyists taking art courses. Values for them tend to be modest depending on the quality of the decoration, but most like this tend to sell for under $75.00 at auction.
