I believe these figurines are resin. They may have been made by a company that makes all kinds of decorative items https://catalog.wildwoodlamps.com/wwjc/e/wwfc-2/products Online I found eBay selling these rabbits made by the same company that made your figurines https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wildwood-Collection-Rabbits-Bunnies-1986-Pair-High-Point-North-Carolina-/264496936305?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4275.c10
I also found these without the label that reminded me of yours https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Black-Americana-Figures-/164257525885?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l4275.c10
I wonder about them being signed, if the designer artist signed some. As far as value goes I only have those eBay examples so maybe between $5 and $10 each, unless being signed adds value.
If the wildwoodlampcompany is the maker they might have catalogs from the mid 80’s that would have your items, so you might check with them.
