Has anyone an idea on this, I can't find one anywhere. The markings are as follows; [13 1/4] [FRISENBERG] [13 1/4] as visible in second photo. (Deeply set) It was among the belongings of a lady with scandanavian ethnicity.

Size and dimensions of this item They're about 20 cm long.
Date Period 1850 - 1899
Weight Not sure but substantial.
History As mentioned, this was among the belongings a lady with Norwegian ancestry which included a collection of postcard correspondence from there.
