Very detailed ink wash painting on a paper scroll representing a country estate sorrounded by water, scenic mountains and lush vegetation. The beautifully calligraphied chinese title tells what and where. According to my parents there is some signature/seal of the painter and it mentions "made under the heavenly/sublime Qianlong" Dimensions 193 x 62 cm. There is another inscription on the back. The lower end of the scroll is broken but present and there is a stain at the backside, not at the front though. Otherwise it seems in excellent condition to me, no stains, no folds no cracks or rips.
