Was told This piece was made for a Chinese doctor to protect the privacy of his female patients. It looks like the carved wooden panels were removed to placed the porcelain art that is signed. Not sure of the age, the older lady who had the piece believe it was late 1800 , early 1900. We really don’t know the value. The art may be worth more than the room divider and can be removed. I would like to know the artist and any other information.
