Description

Oak Eastlake Dresser, with carved leaf pattern across the front of the drawers.  Three drawers and small, brass casters and hardware.  Dresser is 40 3/8" wide x  18 1/4 deep x  31 3/4"high. I've had it for many, many years and was wondering about the value of it.

Values for late Eastlake pieces like this have been depressed since the 1990's, when the demand for Victorian Furniture and Decorative Arts last peaked, then went into steap decline. We now see comparable pieces in good condition go at auction for under $150.00.
