An unusual piece, I don't know how to describe this art.. It appears to be a photo that has been as altered with paint. I believe it's in original frame. I would like to know if this style was an art trend in the '20's, or a creative expression by the owner.

This looks like a Litho by Illinois Moulding Co. But it is missing a few things. Is there a legiable artist signiture ? Do you have any pictures of the back of the frame ? Is there any framer markings or other identifiable marks ... thanks in advance .. TJG
