antiques Edwardian bed

Description

I believe I have an Edwardian Mahogany bed from early 1900's (late 1890's). Bed is from England. Has original spring base on screw in iron supports. Bedframe hardware is Vono patent 27299-08. Headboard and footboard have inlay.

Looking for estimate of value to decide to sell or keep item. Have had many houseguests sleep in the bed using a ful size, but quite thin) mattress.

Distinguishing marks inlay on headboard and footboard. Support hardware for rails is VONO Patent 27299-08. There is a metal plate on the wood stretching the spring "Chapmans Spring Mattress Patent". This is a double bed.

Size and dimensions of this item 53-54" wide by 75" long from headboard to footboard. However, because of the VONO hardware shape for the rail supports, only a 74" box spring will fit the length.
