It's an Oil on Porcelain Paiting with fantastic detail for it's size..I beleave it is a three piece frame..The frame needs repair..I am thinking about putting it in a special auction, as my age and health tell me it's time..Thanks for any suggestions I live in the Mountains of North Georgia. The tital of the art work is Lady Luck..

Most of these do originate in Austria and date from the late 19th Century, values vary by size , maker and subject matter. I'm unfamilliar with this one/maker, but very few of them sell for less than $350.00 at auction these days.
