This artists work is by John Larcey, my uncle and godfather.  Uncle John did many pieces using Pastel pencil, then in his later years turned to water color.  He was a train fanatic and mostly drew and painted diffrent type of trains.  He also did portraits, mostly of family (all the nephews and nieces) and historic figures, e.i. Pope John Paul II, John F Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and many others.  My Aunt Josie tells me that some of his work has reached as far as Japan.  I miss him dearly...
