Description H Hargrove picture. Looks like the artist has a lot of prints so I'm not sure if painted. It has a certificate of authenticity and is fairly old, a grandparent bought it at auction. If you guys know a year or approximate price that would be awesome. Someone is selling a similar one of this print on etsy for $1200 and that doesn't seem right...

History Grandparent bought it (at auction ?) and it's been hanging on various walls for 20+ years. Certificate says previous owner was Joyce Rank. Creative Interiors certified this work.
