Hargrove Barn Picture

H Hargrove picture. Looks like the artist has a lot of prints so I'm not sure if painted. It has a certificate of authenticity and is fairly old, a grandparent bought it at auction. If you guys know a year or approximate price that would be awesome. Someone is selling a similar one of this print on etsy for $1200 and that doesn't seem right...
