Estate Sale Lamp

Description

Found these at an estate sale. Love the look of the colored one, but have never seen anything like it before. Hoping to get some kind of information on it, if any? Very unique and beautiful. The brass lamp is very heavy and on a wood base. Any information would be appreciated!
