Large Meissen urn

Description I have a very large, very ornate miesen urn. It measures 29" H x 18" W. It is signed by the artist (Walter). It is marked on the bottom with the blue Crossed Swords. I believe this is the Mark used starting in 1930s, but I'm not positive. Any more information would be appreciated.
