My house was built in 1893. In our basement, we found (together on a window sill, behind wood boards- too dusty to see what they were, 2 large bottles and one tiny bottle. I brought them up & wiped the spot off with a dry paper towel. The bottles are:
1. Old Crow Whiskey, with the date June 30, 1906 on the bottle. Corked, but dry inside.
2. Old Hermitage Whiskey. Corked but dry inside.
3. A small bluish glass bottle with “Castoria” written on the side.
