Antique dining chairs

Description I picked these up at a recycling centre, they're handmade (there's 4 of them). 1 is in quite a state, they have leather straps on the inside to support the weight and they are stuffed with I think wool and hair. I am not sure what type of wood they are or what era they belong to. I have looked for some mark but I don't really know where I should be looking. I appreciate any information you can give me on them.

They are Victorian Jacobean Revival style chairs, designed to resemble made during during the reigns of Queen Elizabeth the first and King James. The style has gone through a number of revivals, the last before World War Two. Demand currently is weak as well as values.
