Sealed Rider Back Bicycle playing cards with 1 cent tax stamp.

Red and blue Rider Back Bicycle cards with 1 cent tax stamps. These cards are sealed and in wonderful condition. As far as I can see there are no dings in the boxes. The red plastic strip on the blue deck is slightly raised and the red deck has a slight raise on the one side of the plastic but very minor.
