I have a H. Hargrove painting of children sledding on a hill. It doesn't look like an oil painting so I am assuming it may be a lithograph. On the back of the painting is Diehl B290

Then under that on a peice of tape Diehl B29086.4848 
Category Paintings
Medium Canvas and it appears to be a lithograph or a silk screen
Distinguishing marks H. Hargrove signature in bottom right corner.
