Description

I purchased this 25 years ago at an antique market and have no memory of anything about it.  I am going to sell at an estate sell and I was hoping someone would have an idea about who it is buy and it's value.  The marking looks like a Y or a hayfork.  to the right of the Y it looks like a 4 is embedded into the porcelain and there is something embedded to the left but I cannot tell what it is.  Thank you for your help.
