I think the damage would lessen the value but a circulated coin like that is probably worth 15 cents.

At most. No mint mark, so it's minted in Philly. I'd say 10 cents.

Probably not worth that much because it is damaged. They are so popular, that to be worth anything, they need to be in good condition.

It's a 1945 lincoln wheat cent minted in Philadelphia. There was over 1,000,000,000 minted that year.

I would say it's only worth face value of one cent.
