I think this type of vase would be called a planter or bowl so boat shaped planter or bowl. I'm guessing the center image is a transfer print rather than hand painted. I'm not sure what to call that scene but it reminds me of baroque paintings. I could not find your planter but did find this rather fancy one with similar style of images on it https://hautejuice.wordpress.com/2015/09/16/vintage-staffordshire-klm-pottery-planter-from-c-1935-boat-shaped/
