Mirror, french empire or neoclassical charateristics

Description

This mirror was “old” when my grandmother found it in the 1940s. I don’t know the history but the carved ribbon across the top, vase/urn, and hanging rope garlands off the side seem to suggest french empire, or neoclassical notes. Planning to sell, and interested in the thoughts of others.
