Jerry Pets, that’s what it is. I’ll see if I can find more. Here’s one without glasses on eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Jerry-Elsner-White-Kitten-Cat-Blue-Eyes-Jerry-s-Pets-Plush-6-/283994931672 There is at least one on Pinterest with glasses that sold on Etsy. I think it was from the 1950’s or 1960’s.
