Handcarved Vanity

Appraisal complete
Description This vanity with mirror has been handcarved and hand turned. It has a matching bed (headboard and footboard) as well as a larger piece that looks like a possible linen hutch. There are no markings on anything. I purchased them from someone who knew nothing about their history.

This set is most likely English and dates before World War 2 (1939). The carvings and turnings are all machine made. Most of these were imported from England in container loads by antique dealers during the 1980's.
