Description

National Cash Register Number 592426 Model 250. Finish number is listed as 56446-#250 C Std-592416-JHC-C The cash register is missing the top glass piece and one of the other glass pieces is chipped in the corner. It is missing the top marquee. Other than what was mentioned the cash register works well and is in good condition. All the keys function and when sale is pressed the drawer opens.

These National Registers were a very hot item all through the 1980's to early 90's, some fully restored models sold for over $2500.00. Today however the market is very weak for Victorian and Edwardian period decor items, comparable examples to your model 250 sell at auction in the $300.00- $500.00 range.
