Vintage Plate with Asian theme

Description

Wish I could give a history of this Asian-themed plate, but it was owned by a great-uncle who was a bachelor wheat farmer, I believe, near Choteau, Montana, in the the early 1900's to about 1950. There is no marking on the back to indicate where the plate originated or who might have painted/designed it.  (He gifted it my mother, who gifted it to me.)
