Antique Walnut bookcase or china cabinet

Description This is an heirloom from my grandmother born in 1901 in Houston, Tx. I've heard early 1900s Eastlake Victorian but not sure. I'd appreciate any information about this piece and its value. Thank you.

It is in the American Eastlake style, but pieces like this one tend to predate 1900, generally late 1870's in dark colored walnut or mahogany, lighter colored and lesser quality examples by the late 1880's. This one though looks like it's been cut down in height, which was often done, some pieces were over eight feet in height.
