Any marks under the chair, on the back, or anywhere else? Looking for a maker's mark or name which would help immensely.

It dates from the turn of the 19th Century through to the mid 1920's, they are called Dantesca or "X" chairs. They last peaked in value back in the 1990's, but currently sell at auction for under $100.00
