History
I picked this up at a yard sale along with another prehistoric piece that has sense disappeared. I paid $.25 for them both. As soon as I saw them I knew they were special so I was good with the bubble gum price they had on it.
I would like to know a time period on this item and even in current condition a rough value of the item would be great. If the price is right I would love to sell it to someone who would treat it well.
Items like this are notoriously difficult to accurately date and identify, and are not suitable candidates for any sort of online valuation. They require a physical appraisal by a specialist in African ethnographic's, I suggest contacting a large auction house such as Sotheby's
