It is a bead rolled seal around the can I didn’t want to damage it and have left it in original condition.

Hi I picked this up about 35-40 years ago, I never opened it because I didn’t want to damage it.Â
some things in life are better to leave as a mystery.Â
I believe it contains coasters or rug protectors?Â
