Vintage gas & electric wall sconce. Fleur de Lis glass shades.

Description Hi everyone, We're moving into a Victorian home that was built between 1880-1900 as a summer cottage. These wall fixtures were once installed in the house but the seller took them down prior to listing the home on the market — and he is now offering to sell them to us in a separate deal. The finish appears to be brass, and the glass shades are adorned with a Fleur de Lis pattern. Any help on identifying this and its value would be extremely appreciated. Cheers
