Description

I have a mirror that I have been trying to figure out what the numbers on the back mean. #253 on the back. I also wanted to know exactly what year it is. Of course how much it costs as well

It's impossible to determine…

It's impossible to determine an exact year of production for mirrors like this. It's in the Colonial Revival/Chippendale style, which comes in and out of fashion about every 30 years or so, most like this seldom predate the 1950's. Decorator mirrors like this were made in huge numbers and remain in production to this day, most go at auction for under $100.00.
