Vintage Myott sugar bowl?

Description I found what seems to be a hand painted sugar bowl at a local thrift store. It is off white in color with leaves painted around the top edge. It has its lid. There is a maker's mark on the bottom. According to Google the marks on the bottom tell me it is a Myott Staffordshire England Olde Chelsea porcelain Regency sugar bowl. But, I can't figure out anything else. I can't find any matching pictures or any other information about it. Is it common? Is it rare? How old is it actually? Will it help pay a bill or has my husband found a new place to store loose change? Lol

Your "Regency" by Myott Staffordshire sugar bowl with lid is about $30 at retail. Your hubby has a new place to stash his loose change!
