Description Native American Squash Blossom necklace with no obvious hallmark that I can find

Distinguishing marks There are what (I think) are the number 4 etched into the backs of two of the smaller parts with turquoise in them.

Size and dimensions of this item Approximately 22 inches total length, turquoise settings 1-3/4 inches, horseshoe in center is 2-1/2 inches across, silver flowers are 3/4 inches by 1/8 inch at its widest point

History Unsure- It was found in items that once belonged to my friend's great-grandmother.

Jewelry is really hard to appraise on the Internet. Need to have the metal tested (sterling? plated?) and if it is genuine turquoise. Best to take it to a fine jeweler for those tests.
