Description I have a large rubbing of a knight on paper that measures 6 foot 6 inches in height and 25 inches wide. The image measures 5 foot 11 1/4 inches tall. The rubbing is done in gold. The paper is off white and has some age spot and browning color discoloration. A few minor tears on the edge of the paper and a larger one at the bottom but none that extend into the image. This was given to my husband by his now deceased sister in the 70’s. We have no info on where she obtained it or what it is.

These can sell for $200+ at auction when framed and in great condition. Unfortunately, yours has some serious issues and it would cost far more to restore than the value (including professional framing). But if you love it and since it does have sentimental value, I'd go ahead and have it done if you choose.
